Disney had announced a A-Star cast for their upcoming live-action version of Cinderella, with Cate Blanchett as the wicked stepmother, Lily James in the title role and Richard Madden as Prince Charming. They have now officially added the multi-facetic and amazing actress Helena Bonham Carter to the mix. If you don’t know who she is, then you simply are not from this planet, just check out the Harry Potter movies (3rd and up) or ANY Tim Burton’s (her husband) film.

Disney ha anunciado un elenco de estrellas para le próxima versión live-action de Cenicienta, con Cate Blanchett como la madrastra, Lily James en el rol protagonista y Richard Madden como el Príncipe Encantador. Ahora han oficialmente agregado a la mezcla a la multifacética e increíble actriz Helena Bonham Carter. Si no saben quién es ella, simplemente no son de este planeta, sólo chequeen la películas de Harry Potter (de la tercera para arriba) o CUALQUIERA de las películas de Tim Burton (su esposo).

The character is so sweet, bubbly, adorable and old, characteristics that don’t come to mind when I think of Helena. Still, she surprises every time, being as chameleonic as she is and might give the character a new dimension (it not being as developed in the first place).
The film will be directed by Sir Kenneth Branagh and is set to hit the theatres in 2014.

El personaje es dulce, feliz, adorable y mayor, características que no vienen a la mente cuando uno piensa en Helena. Aún así, ella sorprende cada vez que aparece en la pantalla, siendo tan camaleónica como es y puede que le dé al personaje una nueva dimensión (ya que nunca fue muy desarrollado en primer lugar).
El filme será dirigido por Sir Kenneth Branagh y llegará al cine en el 2014.
